The ‘Your Account’ section provides personal information about your details, including items which are required for HMRC’s systems.
This module allows you to provide updated information to MalgraBooks, such as a change of address, contact details (mobiles / emails) and any other changes to you as a person (For example, a change in relationship status). This information is reported to HMRC on your Tax Return, and to ensure our guidance is tailored to your personal details.
To run your accounts effectively, our team require personal details about you (such as Nationality, Marital Status, Date of Birth). This information should be provided as soon as possible, to ensure that any guidance provided is tailored to your personal details.
This module is only available on Advanced and Essentials Packages and provides options for upgrading to other services which we provide. If you wish to downgrade, please contact our team.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we’re required by law to verify your identity. To complete this, we require you to provide two forms of identification, one which includes Photo ID. Details of acceptable documentation is provided on this module, and can be uploaded securely.
MalgraBooks uses Experian Identify for purposes of identifying clients. This check does not appear publicly, and will not appear on credit reports.
